As head of the Inspection and Material Testing Department, Mina is involved in overseeing the standards and quality control of all inspection and testing services. He also manages all laboratory procedures to ensure conformance with ASTM and AASHTO standards. His knowledge of structures, attention to detail and practical knowledge of construction brings tremendous value to the projects under his supervision. Mina’s 15 years of in-field construction experience strongly compliments JT Engineering’s reputation for quality design and structural engineering services.
