Special Inspections are a proactive method of enhancing public safety by ensuring that buildings and other critical structures are constructed in accordance with design documents, specifications, and approved shop drawings. Special Inspectors monitor materials critical building or structural features & workmanship critical to the integrity of the building structure. Reviews work of contractors and their employees to assure that the approved plans & specifications are being followed and codes and ordinances are being observed.
